Job summary

Trane Technologies in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Service Project Manager to oversee long-term scheduling and execution of service workloads, managing large projects and ensuring contract performance. The role reports to the Service Operations Manager and requires collaboration with Area Service Leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will plan, analyze, and coordinate estimates, enter projects, order parts, schedule labor, and drive monthly revenue forecasts while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in project management, HVAC or related fields.
• Experience with contracting processes and estimating for HVAC installations.
• Strong computer skills and high organization with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-term scheduling and execution of service workloads.
• Manage large quoted work and service projects with unique scopes.
• Ensure successful contract performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Area Service Leaders and local managers.
• Forecast monthly revenue and manage risk.
• Ensure safety compliance per OSHA.
