Job summary

RK Industries, LLC seeks an experienced HVAC Service Project Lead to oversee commercial and industrial installation and replacement projects, providing field leadership, technical expertise, and coordination to deliver safe, efficient, on-budget, high-quality work.

You will lead installation activities, coordinate field teams and schedules, perform start-ups and inspections, and mentor technicians while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability for RK Service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant HVAC experience in commercial installation, equipment replacement, or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation and replacement projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Perform equipment start-ups, quality inspections, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project leaders, Account Managers, customers, contractors, and inspectors.
• Support job scoping, pricing, procurement, and profitability.
• Ensure installations meet contracts, codes, safety standards, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate inspections, resolve deficiencies, and close projects successfully.
• Train owners and develop field technicians.
• Complete documentation and identify additional RK Service opportunities.

We seek an experienced HVAC professional to lead commercial and industrial installation and replacement projects for RK Service. This role provides field leadership, technical expertise, and coordination to deliver safe, efficient, on-budget, high-quality work.

What You'll Lead

• Lead commercial HVAC installation and replacement projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of relevant HVAC experience in commercial installation, equipment replacement, or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, RTUs, cooling towers, large compressors, and related systems.
• Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation, start-ups, codes, blueprints, safety, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
