Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee HVAC service operations across offices, hotels, government buildings, and other facilities in the DC area. You will supervise scheduling, vendor coordination, proposals, and PM activities to ensure quality service and contract compliance.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial HVAC, a Journeyman or Master license, and strong MS Word/Excel proficiency. Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with salary range $85,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum ten years of related experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Master or Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing HVAC equipment and system problems.
• Estimate repairs and installations of HVAC equipment listed above.
• Draft and provide proposals to customers.
• Order materials and equipment as required for completing repairs and installations of HVAC equipment.
• Assist with scheduling of field technicians to complete installations and repairs.
• Interface with building personnel and other customer representatives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review completed projects to identify opportunities for future improvement.
• Review technician reports to ensure preventative maintenance obligations are met.
