Position: Residential HVAC Service Mechanic

Elmar Heating & Cooling is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Mechanic seeking stability and a no-pressure sales environment.

We service heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, ductless, and tankless products. Located in Lutherville-Timonium near I-695 and I-83, our team members live across Baltimore, White Marsh, Towson, and Pikesville, with easy commutes.

Role Expectations

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems, providing effective solutions.
• Primarily focus on mechanical repairs, with opportunities for sales commissions.
• Work independently with support from dispatch and branch management.
• Engage in challenges that enhance your skills and logical reasoning.

Basic Requirements
