• Conduct weekly coaching sessions with service technicians on KPI performance
• Train your team regularly
• Drive tech-generated leads to sales and other departments
• Monitor and control callbacks and warranties

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
• NextStar Experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mentality
• Ability to build business in both private and public sectors
• Experience with HVAC and process systems for residential and commercial properties
• Understanding of HVAC design and material costs
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
