Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Maintain operational excellence through processes and accountability
  • Conduct weekly coaching with technicians on KPIs
  • Train your team regularly
  • Drive tech-generated leads to sales and other departments
  • Monitor and control call-backs and warranties
  • Provide high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
  • NextStar Experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mentality
  • Ability to build business in both private and public sectors
  • Experience with HVAC and process systems for residential and commercial properties
  • Understanding of HVAC design and material costs
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and growth
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
