Energy Jobline ZR in Owings Mills, MD is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential and commercial HVAC service operations, oversee technicians, and ensure high-quality heating and air conditioning service. The role demands 5 years of HVAC service/management experience, strong knowledge of residential systems, and proven leadership.

You will manage staffing, schedule, training, and performance, while monitoring costs and ensuring safety and codes compliance.

• 5 years of HVAC service and/or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and code compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage people, operations, and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations for residential HVAC service technicians and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead and manage the HVAC service team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily service calls and repairs for residential HVAC.
• Monitor labor costs, materials, equipment, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to optimize scheduling.
• Provide sales proposals for service work and conduct onsite sales visits.
• Conduct job site inspections and ensure HVAC code compliance and safety.
• Track department operations including technician productivity, tools, vehicles, equipment.
• Provide hands-on training and development for service technicians.
• Assist onsite with installations or troubleshooting of calls.
