Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

***MUST HAVE SERVICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE***

Help Jorda Mechanical Contractor be a leader in the Construction industry by taking on the lead role in our Service Division. As the Service Manager you will be able to grow with our established service business, and leverage the rapid growth we have experienced in HVAC. This is a real opportunity for the person with the right knowledge and attitude. Deep experience with HVAC equipment, systems, and controls is required. The position also requires strong personnel management skills. If you are passionate about generating customer satisfaction, this position is for you.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Capable of recruiting and training service staff - to develop the best team in the industry.
  • Must Speak English and Spanish fluently
  • Have the ability to trouble shoot/ service and repair air conditioning units in case of an emergency.
  • Able to provide clients with custom service solutions to increase revenues.
  • Able to run "a business within a business". Responsible for daily operations of the Service Division including ordering parts and scheduling the technicians for their daily service calls. Overall dispatch of service technicians.

  • Technical ability to accurately estimate and price services and special projects.
  • Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.
  • Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
  • Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve company goals.
