Our Service Managers act as champions for our brand, they collaborate with teammates and demonstrate to the Newport News community our company values. Service Managers direct day-to-day field service operations and are responsible for much more. Our Service Managers are in the field with Technicians on a daily basis – coaching, teaching, and engaging at a high level to help drive an exceptional safety culture, deliver unbelievable customer care, talent development and business growth.
