Paradise Home Service is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead a high‑performing team of field technicians in Panama City, FL. You will drive customer‑facing service excellence, coaching, and schedule optimization while achieving departmental financial goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC industry experience
• 2+ years of direct management or supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school, military, or college education preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with mobile devices, ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay Range:$75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year (Base + Incentives)

Position Summary

As the HVAC Service Manager, you will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance team of field technicians. You will be responsible for maintaining our 5-star customer service standard, driving field productivity, and achieving departmental financial goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role—we are looking for a manager passionate about ride-alongs, regular coaching, structured onboarding, and continuous field training.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Conduct 1:1 meetings, team huddles, ride-alongs, and continuous technical/sales coaching.

• Operations & Scheduling: Partner with dispatch to ensure technicians are routed efficiently based on skill level, training needs, and service demand.

• Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect field work to ensure compliance with company standards, manufacturer specs, and safety regulations.

• Software & Processes: Manage daily operations using ServiceTitan; assist with price book modifications and workflow enhancements.

• Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, departmental KPIs, and profitability targets to drive operational success.

• Customer Escalations: Oversee issue resolution, including job site visits, phone follow-ups, and customer relationship management.

• Vendor & Inventory Management: Coordinate with vendors regarding warranties, product recalls, inventory tracking, and swift order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC industry experience.

• 2+ years of direct management or supervisory experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school, military, or college education preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency with mobile devices, ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active HVAC licenses, EPA certifications, or trade certifications.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly.

• Comfort working in tight or confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and various indoor/outdoor weather conditions.

• Ability to climb ladders, stand/sit for extended periods, and operate field technology.

• Ability to travel up to 75% locally between job sites and customer locations.
