Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating, and industrial/commercial services.

Now expanding into HVAC, we’re seeking skilled Technicians to join our family-oriented team and deliver top-tier heating and cooling services.

Job Description

As an HVAC Service Manager at Davis H. Elliot, you will oversee HVAC service and construction work in residential, commercial, and healthcare environments. Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring safe performance of the work.
2. Effectively communicating with technicians, customers, engineers, and other employees.
3. Developing new business and maintaining customer relationships.
4. Assisting estimators on bids for new projects.
5. Purchasing materials and contracting with subcontractors.
6. Scheduling equipment, resources, and manpower for projects.
7. Financial management of projects, including billing, change management, and cost projections.
8. Developing team members at all organizational levels.
9. Managing construction documents.

Qualifications

1. Passionate about the safety of fellow employees.
2. Engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
3. 5+ years of experience recommended.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software.
5. Valid driver's license.
6. Proficiency with NEC, NFPA 70E, and local codes.
7. Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
