Job summary

All Seasons Inc in Tacoma, WA is seeking an HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician to service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. You will be dispatched to service and repair calls and perform annual maintenance.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $30.00 - $45.00 plus spiffs, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 5:30pm with occasional overtime, and benefits including medical, IRA with match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Electrical trainee card with hours
• 06B or 06A Electrical License - Desired
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
• Basic sheet metal duct design and modification experience
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Able to follow city and county installation codes
• Certification of completion from trade school - Desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
