Townsend Energy in Danvers, MA is seeking a skilled HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician for 1st/2nd shifts and weekends. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, with experience in oil, propane, natural gas, and electric equipment.

Qualifications

• AC service experience
• Annual routine maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• MA or NH Gas Licensed - Desired, training provided
• MA or NH Oil License - Desired, training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate from a HVAC Technical School - Desired
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

Job description

HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician | $32.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift

• 1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 + per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities
• 2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour | must have AC, oil & propane experience
• Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individuals' capabilities

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
• 2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday
• Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday & Sunday

Job Duties
