Job summary

Matrix HVAC Inc. is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service and Installation Technician to join our growing team in Southern California.

You will install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while following safety standards. The role requires EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug screening.

Qualifications

EPA Certification is required.
Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a professional review and drug screening.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry advancements.
