Matrix HVAC Inc. is seeking a dedicated Service and Installation Technician to join our team. You will install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties across SoCal, with a company vehicle provided for travel.

We value hands-on learning, customer service excellence, and teamwork. EPA certification is required, and you’ll work Monday–Friday with potential overtime, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• Experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Willingness to stay current with industry advancements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Matrix HVAC standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inform clients of needs.
• Collaborate with team to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer training programs.
