Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC system diagnosis and repair.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a drug screen.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry advancements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and Matrix HVAC standards and guidelines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and advise clients on needs.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturer training programs.
