Matrix HVAC Inc. is seeking a dedicated Service and Installation Technician to join our growing team. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality HVAC installations and repairs while learning hands-on from experts in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar HVAC service or installation role; we'll teach you the Matrix HVAC way.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills in HVAC diagnosis and repair.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to ensure efficient operation of HVAC equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and Matrix HVAC standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and inform clients of needs.
