You will install systems, inspect, wire and program controls, communicate with customers, and collaborate with project managers and other technicians.

Job Summary - HVAC Install Technician

We are searching for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Install Technician to join our team. This technician will install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position with available overtime.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems: Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and thermostats in residential and commercial buildings.

• 
  System inspection: Ensure systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.


• 
  Wiring and control setup: Perform electrical wiring, programming, and testing of control systems for HVAC units.


• 
  Customer communication: Explain system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.


• 
  Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation and assist the service team as needed.

  Collaborate with team: Work closely with project managers, other technicians, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate installation.

  Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear, and comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
