Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred).
• 2+ years in leadership or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and jobsite execution.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Proven ability to lead crews and keep projects on track.
• Strong problem-solving skills; adapt in the field without direction.
• Comfortable with field technology (tablets, service software, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC service installation projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs moving.
• Install and oversee HVAC/R systems, piping, ductwork, and controls.

• Ensure jobs finish on time, on budget, to company standards.
• Drive quality to meet company standards.
• Enforce safety with no shortcuts.
• Keep jobs organized, clean, and moving forward.
• Coach and develop your team.
• Raise issues early to avoid surprises.

About the Role:

Our service division is built on experienced technicians who know how to execute in the field. This role is for someone who can step in, take ownership of the jobsite, and lead from the front.

You won't be chasing chaos or cleaning up disorganization. You'll be running work that is expected to be done right - with a team that knows what they're doing.

What You'll Do:

• Leading HVAC service installation projects in the field from start to finish
• Managing technicians and apprentices - setting the pace, holding the standard
• Coordinating labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs moving
• Installing and overseeing work on HVAC/R systems, piping, ductwork, and controls
• Reading plans, making field decisions, and solving problems in real time
• Communicating with customers, project managers, and internal teams
• Ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards
