Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Exceptional Customer Care Abilities.
• 1-2 Years of experience in HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment cleaning.
• Take system readings (voltage, pressures, temperatures).
• Help replace basic components (capacitors, motors, filters, etc.).
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and safe work areas.
• Provide professional customer interaction.
