Job summary

One Source Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an HVAC Helper to support skilled technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the HVAC industry.

You will be involved in gathering tools, running ductwork, carrying equipment, and assisting with basic electrical connections under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Gather tools and materials required for HVAC projects.
• Carry equipment, run ductwork, and connect electrical components under supervision.
• Follow instructions and learn proper HVAC installation techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
