Legacy Service Partners is seeking an HVAC Install Helper to support seasoned technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential properties. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and opportunities to learn the HVAC trade while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
• Willingness to learn and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
• Gather tools and materials required for HVAC projects.
• Perform basic tasks such as carrying equipment, running ductwork, and connecting electrical components.
• Follow instructions from HVAC technicians and learn proper techniques for HVAC installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow HVAC codes and regulations.
• Learn to troubleshoot basic HVAC system issues under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Seek opportunities for learning and skill development to grow in the HVAC trade.
