Qualifications

• At least two years of HVAC Dispatcher experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
• Positive personality and good phone etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve customer issues.
• Be the primary contact for field technicians and help them succeed in the field.
• Maintain a clean and organized office and handle a variety of tasks.
• Participate in training on customer service skills and software.
• This is an in-office role with standard 40 hours per week.

Besides answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer issues, you will find other work to be done. You will be the primary contact for our field technicians and help them be successful in the field. You're never bored because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. Since you are a proud member of our office, you keep things clean and well organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy with training on customer service skills and software!

This is not a remote position. This position requires you to be in the office 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of related experience in the HVAC Industry as a Dispatcher
• Ability to multi-task required.
• High school diploma or GED
• Can type at least 50 WPM
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Have a positive personality
