Job summary

Moncrief Heating & Air Conditioning, now part of the Ace Hardware Home Services family, seeks an HVAC technician to assist in maintaining and repairing systems, identify risks, and perform warranty services. You’ll attend training in the warehouse and uphold service standards while meeting customers’ needs.

Required HVAC experience or diploma, EPA certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record; strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC diploma or trades experience preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Clean, adjust and repair systems; perform warranty services.
• Attend training sessions within the warehouse.
• Comply with service standards and customer needs.
