Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform field activities for preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration after installation, in a safety-conscious team setting.

The role emphasizes technical aptitude, customer service, and the ability to work independently with occasional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with GPA emphasis and good attendance.
• 1+ year in mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks within time constraints.
• Willingness to relocate after training; some weekend/night work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety at all times and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
