Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks entry-level HVAC technicians to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. The role emphasizes on-site work, safety, and teamwork to keep systems running and customers satisfied.

Ideal candidates have an HVAC trade school background and EPA Type I/II or Universal certification; a valid license and willingness to relocate after training are valued. The position offers compensation with overtime and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• HVAC Trade school graduate with GPA 3.5 and good attendance.
• 1+ years in a mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
• Maintain systems using technical abilities.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely, following all safety measures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
