Job summary

Lennox NAS is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will perform field tasks, assist with preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, some HVAC exposure, EPA certification preferred, and a valid driver's license. Local travel and occasional overtime/weekend work are possible, with training leading to a company vehicle after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• HVAC trade school preferred with strong attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support or hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75–90 lbs.
• Strong technical aptitude to perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintain HVAC systems using technical skills and diagnostics.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime/weekend work may be required.
