Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician in Pensacola. You will support installation, maintenance, and servicing for commercial HVAC systems and work with a collaborative team to deliver reliable service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (HVAC trade school preferred), EPA Type I/II or Universal certification (NATE a plus), and a valid driver’s license. Overtime is available; training and advancement opportunities are offered within Lennox’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school preferred with strong attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support or HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record; ability to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintain systems and perform troubleshooting using technical aptitude.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and complete required paperwork.
• Willingness to relocate after training and occasional weekend work.
