Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Apprentice to support installation, maintenance and service of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems at customer sites in the South Boston, VA area.

The role emphasizes on-site preventive maintenance, diagnostic work and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior HVAC field experience, electrical/mechanical diagnostics and the ability to follow procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Commercial HVAC mechanical support role (field experience).
• Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills required.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Must be able to multi-task and follow instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Utilize technical training to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
