Qualifications

• HVAC school or vocational training preferred.
• EPA 608 certification is a big plus.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools.

Responsibilities

• Ride along with experienced HVAC Service Technicians.
• Help diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Get hands-on experience with AC, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits.
• Learn troubleshooting rather than just replacing parts.
• Work directly with customers in their homes.
