Job summary

Main Care Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in New York, NY. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems while performing preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.

You will install and replace furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, and controls, explain issues to customers, keep precise service records, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Install and replace equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, and controls.
• Explain problems and repair options clearly to customers.
• Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean, well-stocked service vehicle.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
