Elmer's Home Services in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Warranty Technician to handle warranty work and service calls. Hours vary, typically mid-shift 11am - 7pm. The position offers $30 - $35 per hour, with generous benefits including employer contributions to medical, dental, vision insurance (starting every 1st of the month), PTO, 401K, and year-round work.

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering.
• Managing customer calls related to service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, and estimates.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch to schedule jobs and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of HVAC systems.
• Valid TDLR, EPA certifications, and driver’s license.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software.
• Familiarity with Goodman HVAC systems and HVAC communicating systems.
• Ability to follow training processes and procedures, embodying 'The Elmer's Way.'
• Willingness to participate in company-sponsored training.
