Global Recruiters of Fort Smith seeks an HVAC Sustaining Engineer to join the Dallas, TX on-site team. The role targets a Mechanical Engineer with 2+ years in sustaining, manufacturing, or HVAC product engineering who can balance multiple projects and resolve daily production line issues.

Responsibilities include CAD work (SolidWorks/ Creo or similar), analyzing sheet metal fitment, tolerances, motor programs, and applying ASHRAE/AHRI/UL knowledge. Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sustaining, manufacturing, or HVAC product engineering.
• Ability to solve daily production line issues (sheet metal fitment, tolerance stack up, motor program issues).
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt a plus.
• Heat pump knowledge a plus.
• CAD tools proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo or similar).
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, AHRI and UL standards.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.

HVAC Sustaining Engineer - On-site in Dallas

Looking for a Mechanical Engineer with the majority of the following experience:

• 2 or more years experience in sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering or HVAC product engineering. Ability to work in a fast paced environment balancing multiple projects.
• Ability to solve daily production line issues. (sheet metal fitment (tolerance stack up), alternate components, motor program issues etc.)
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt a plus
• Heat pump knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo or similar)
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes, such as ASHRAE, AHRI and UL.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss issues with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
