Qualifications

• 2-5 years in sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, or HVAC product engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems including compressors and motors.
• Experience supporting production lines and resolving manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engineering contact for production support.
• Investigate production stoppages and assembly errors.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
