Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, and performing preventive maintenance. You will document parts used and guide customers through repair options, while supporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service and repair experience is required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use HVAC diagnostic tools.
• Professional communication, dependable attendance and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and clearly explain findings and repair options to customers.
• Complete accurate service notes and document parts used.
• Support less experienced technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and follow safe work practices.
