M And M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Senior Service Technician in Colorado to diagnose, repair and maintain residential systems with a consultative approach. You will educate homeowners on options, upsell relevant upgrades, and build lasting relationships through trusted service in a field-based role.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces while moving equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
