Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC technician to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in a family-oriented, team-driven environment.

You will troubleshoot malfunctions, perform necessary repairs, and maintain cleanliness and safety on-site, while upholding professional conduct and a strong customer experience. A clean driving record and HVAC experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior, successful experience as an HVAC technician.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job.

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
