Job summary

Thirty Madison Ventures is seeking an entry-level sales professional to be the first voice our future clients hear. HVAC owners with trucks sitting idle will be contacted; your job is to get them talking, get them excited about a real solution, then hand them to a closer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 250+ outbound calls daily and send 100+ texts to engage prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads from inbound calls, eBook requests, and other sources.
• Qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule meetings for the closer.
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in the CRM with detailed notes for handoff.
• Deliver daily end-of-day reports in Slack and collaborate to improve processes.
