Apex Midwest is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team serving Kansas City and the surrounding areas. This role blends technical HVAC work with sales opportunities, diagnosing customer needs and presenting energy-efficient solutions to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience.
• Previous experience in HVAC sales, service, or a selling technician role preferred.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to present solutions and confidently discuss system replacement options.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate HVAC tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Present recommendations and financing options to customers in a professional and consultative manner.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and replacement systems.
• Educate customers on system performance, energy efficiency, and available solutions.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
