Qualifications

• 1–5 years of residential HVAC sales and service experience.
• HVAC degree or equivalent, including certification from a technical or trade school.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems with HVAC equipment.
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the industry.
• Run service calls and repair/replace parts as needed.
• Identify opportunities for equipment replacement and communicate options to customers.
• Work with customers and installation team to execute equipment sales.
• Document service calls and customer interactions for proper follow-up.
