Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential systems in customers’ homes in Austin. You’ll perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and heat pumps, while clearly communicating issues and solutions to homeowners and documenting everything in ServiceTitan.

You’ll need 2+ years’ hands-on HVAC work, a clean driving record, EPA and TDLR licenses, and comfort using an iPad for on-site reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain and recommend repairs.
• Experience with variable-speed equipment and replacing components such as capacitors, contactors, and motors.
• EPA Certification and TDLR license required.
