Qualifications

• HVAC service experience of 6+ years.
• 6+ years selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentations.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Clean driving record and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Explain recommended HVAC improvements and services to customers.
• Close sales for upgrades and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams for smooth scheduling.
