The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential HVAC service/sales experience, holds EPA certification, and can operate Nexstar or Service Titan. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required, with uncapped commission and sign-on

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC service/sales experience.
• Provide sale metrics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• EPA Certification (Must Have).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have
• Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs and communication with clients
• Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Run service calls- repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
