Job summary

Cooper’s Plumbing & Air in Bainbridge, GA is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager to lead residential sales, coach comfort advisors, grow revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead daily sales activities, recruit and develop high-performing HVAC comfort advisors, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with service, installation, marketing and dispatch teams to maximize opportunities. Equality and opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in residential HVAC or home services.
• Proven success in consultative selling, sales coaching, team development, and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs, pipeline management, forecasting, margins, and conversion rates.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate sales professionals, hold teams accountable, and lead by example.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HVAC sales activities, ensuring strong follow-up, customer experience, and profitable growth.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop high-performing HVAC comfort advisors and sales professionals.
• Drive revenue by monitoring sales KPIs, close rates, average ticket, lead conversion, and sales opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline performance, pricing discipline, and department goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, sales meetings, and ongoing sales training.
• Develop and enforce sales processes, lead management standards, follow-up procedures, and accountability.
• Collaborate with service, installation, marketing, and dispatch teams to maximize qualified sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and support sales negotiations professionally and ethically.
• Build a positive, customer-focused, results-driven sales culture.
