Quality Service Company, LLC in Florence, SC is seeking an HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team and Home Solutions Advisors. This hands-on leadership role drives sales, margins, and team performance with the support and resources to succeed.

You will coach, ride-along with installers, review proposals, set pricing standards, and monitor metrics like ticket size and close rates while collaborating with installation, service, and marketing to maximize every lead.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales or HVAC sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and in-home sales.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing sales professionals.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach HVAC sales team to hit revenue and margin goals.
• Conduct ride-alongs and in-field training on HVAC replacements and financing options.
• Review and approve all sales proposals (sold, pending, lost).
• Set and enforce sales processes, pricing standards, and best practices.
• Track metrics like average ticket size, closing rates, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and marketing to maximize leads.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and ongoing product training.
• Step in on complex or high-value opportunities to help close deals.
• Support customer resolutions and post-sale follow-up.
