You will plan, forecast, manage the sales pipeline, and develop account plans with owners, engineers and contractors to win new business.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC sales, 3+ years of leadership, and willingness to travel; a Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Equipment sales team to achieve secure sales performance.
• Forecast and plan branch growth and profitability.

• Create and execute account plans with owners, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Drive market penetration and expansion of existing customer base.
