Job summary

Advanced Air Systems in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an HVAC Sales Estimator to drive growth by turning opportunities into winning projects. The role blends technical estimating with a consultative sales approach, partnering with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.

You will influence revenue, customer satisfaction, and long‑term relationships, with growth opportunities and an ownership culture within the Advanced Roofing family.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC Sales and Estimating.
• 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate HVAC estimates and bid proposals with strong attention to detail.
• Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop cost‑effective HVAC solutions.
• Work directly with customers to understand project needs and provide consultative recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and HVAC subcontractors.
• Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions as needed.
• Conduct site walks and participate in sales presentations when required.
• Maintain estimating logs, pricing data, and unit costs for all projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with production and installation requirements.
