Hickory is seeking a Sales Engineer in Westchester, NY to drive HVAC sales with homeowners and commercial clients. You’ll deliver on-site consultations, translate options into proposals, and turn high quality leads into lasting relationships.

You’ll meet revenue targets across residential and light commercial projects, collaborate with internal teams, and manage your own pipeline in a rewards-based environment that emphasizes integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical, or clean energy.
• Proven track record meeting or beating sales goals.
• Experience with residential and commercial settings; municipal or property-management clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified, high-intent leads into successful HVAC installations across residential and light commercial projects.
• Conduct on-site evaluations at homes and commercial properties across the service territory, assessing each space and listening carefully to customer needs.
• Translate technical scope into clear, customized proposals that showcase the value, performance, and craftsmanship behind our HVAC solutions.
• Build trust through clear communication, education, and guidance on system options, energy incentives, and financing where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an exceptional customer experience from sale through install.
• Own your pipeline and results — your drive, responsiveness, and follow-through will directly shape your success and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
