Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience quoting or supporting engineered-to-order mechanical or industrial products.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules.
• Experience generating quotes for custom or configurable equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work on-site in Southeast Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, specifications, drawings, and equipment schedules to determine replacement HVAC equipment requirements.
• Generate accurate quotes for engineered-to-order HVAC components (coils, heat exchangers, related equipment).
• Produce and deliver multiple quotes per week across varying levels of complexity.
• Analyze drawings and specs to ensure proper equipment selection and performance requirements.
• Communicate with contractors, engineers, and building owners to clarify technical requirements and provide equipment recommendations.
• Evaluate application conditions to support proper solution selection.
• Utilize internal quoting tools to improve speed and accuracy.
• Manage workload independently after training.
