The HVAC Sales/Comfort Advisor with Mauzy Cooling & Heating will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting homeowners in finding solutions that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of the home improvement industry, with a proven track record in home sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great client experience by educating clients in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
• Conduct in‑home consultations with homeowners to offer various solutions to their HVAC needs.
• Answer any customer questions and inform them of any information about their equipment.
• Recommend tailored solutions that meet the needs of individual clients.
• Communicate daily with the sales coordinator and/or sales manager.
• Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
• Attend office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience is not required, but a plus.
• B2C sales experience or aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Strong decision‑making abilities.
• Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems.

Pay Transparency

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission‑based fully; the anticipated first‑year earnings average $50,000–$150,000. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Physical Demands

• Stand/sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
